Please avoid sensitive information
We do not need passwords, payment card details, private authentication credentials or other sensitive personal information to discuss a project. Please do not include these in the enquiry form or an initial email.

The deployed website may use hosting, email delivery, analytics or other technical services. These providers process limited information according to their own terms and the configuration chosen for the deployed site.
Before launch, the actual production services should be reviewed and named here where required.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
